After warping Darth Vader in body and mind, Palpatine used the dark side of the Force to transform himself into an Imperial Shuttle so that he could transport Vader to a location on the Outer Rim for training. Later, when tracking down the Empire’s enemies, Palpatine flew his Imperial Shuttle to a Rebel gathering. He used the Force to transform the shuttle into a mech with which to crush the Rebels.
