Returns & Refunds Policy

At Curiosity Classics, we specialise in vintage, antique and collectible items. Due to the nature of these products, they are sold as seen and may show signs of age, wear, or imperfections consistent with their history.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read the policy below before ordering:

Condition of Items

  • All items are described as accurately as possible with photographs and details of any noticeable wear or defects.
  • Items may not include warranties or guarantees, particularly where they are vintage, discontinued or no longer in production.
  • Items originally supplied with batteries may no longer function due to age-related battery drain, and we cannot guarantee operation of these features.

Returns

  • In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt if purchased online.
  • To arrange a return, please contact us within this period. Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied and securely packaged.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Exclusions

  • Returns cannot be accepted where the item has been altered, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • For sealed vintage items, once the seal is broken, returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or misdescribed.
